If you are considering become a whole sale customer and if you would like see the prices on the website, you must be registered with us.- Currently it is possible only, if you represent a company.

How to add products to your order
Once you have received login information from us, you can go directly to “Order” and login.
A product can easily be added to the order by clicking on the price next to the product.
Your order can always be found in the top of every product category page and under “Order”.
The quantity of products can always be adjusted directly on your order by entering a new value next the product.
Ready to submit order
When you’re done adding products click on the button “Place order”. This will take you to the next step of filling out the adress information.
Should you have any comments about the order, they can be added there as well.
When the order has been made, you will receive a confirmation including an estimated price for delivery.
Mostly we will contact you to know how fast you want the products delivered – if you want it by air, sea or land.
If you choose “Other delivery type” we will contact you for further details – maybe by courier or container.
Our prices are excluding freight, the cost of freight is depending of product types and volumes. You are most welcome to select your preferred freight method on the Order – or we will make a suggestion before confirming the order.
Available shippings methods are: Air Mail, Air Freight, Sea Freight and in some cases Container. Typically, we suggest air mail for small orders up to 15 kg. Medium order of 15 – 35/40 kg, will air freight be ideal and the large order with furniture, stone figures and large recycled metal animals of 45 kg+ will be shipped in crates by sea.
Be aware that both cargo carriers uses the minimum amounts, which means as an example, that the price of 15 kg air freight will be the same as 30 kg with air freight and 15 kg of air mail will cost the same as 30 kg air freight ! – Dont worry, we will find the best options.
Air freight is the fasts way – sea freight takes longer and is depending on the destination of arrival. – You are very welcome to contact us for a qvote for freight to your destination, before you make the order.
Orders by email
After registering with us and receiving your login, you can shop by sending an email with your order including item numbers and your company information and contact details.

HOUSE BY THE SEA deals preferably with wholesale customers: Wholesale Customers, who sell retail from their stores.
– Are you a retail customer, please feel free to contact us with questions anyway. We will do what we can to put you in touch with the nearest dealer.

Conditions for wholesale customers
A business registration number, or a European SE number is required or if you are Zimbabwean, a ITF263 certificate as well.

When Logged In as whole sale customer, the wholesale prices can be seen on the product categories on this website. Orders can be there or you can by phone, skype or e-mail.
Orders above 1000 usd ex. VAT is sent free of handling fee. Below, will be charged 20 usd.
Goods from HOUSE BY THE SEA can be sent by air mail from Zimbabwe to your door or to a local post office anywhere in the world. It can be send by air freight or DHL and it can be send by sea freight out of Zimbabwe to any destination in the world.
Delivery time with air frieght is usually within 2-3 weeks from payment of the deposit. Longer delivery time, can be expected if the ordered goods are sold out or during holiday periods or with special productions.
We will let you know if a longer wait is expected.
New customers will be asked to pay the total amount in advance, the first time.
There after, when we confirm your order with an order confirmation, we will ask for 50% deposite.
If you regret your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
You can return the goods at your expense to our Danish or Zimbabwean address in the same condition as you received it so we can refund, minus the shipping.
Complaints about goods delivered with manufacturing defects must be made in 5 days after arrival. Please send a photo and we will look into the matter and possibly refund you.
Luckily it hardly ever happens, but if shattering of transport or suspected breach, you must receive the gods with a comment to ensure that the carrier is aware of this so, the carrier can cover the breakup.

HOUSE BY THE SEA can not cover items that are damaged due to transportation but we would like to be informed.
